CHOCOLATE PUDDING

3 cups milk
4-1/2 tbsp cornstarch
3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2-2/3 tbsp cocoa

1. mix dry ingredients
2. Slowly add milk until smooth
3. cook in double boiler until thick stirring constantly
4. add vanilla
