VEGETABLE BEEF CASSEROLE

1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 can (15-1/2 oz) diced tomatoes
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp salt
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
2 cups thinly sliced uncooked potatoes
1/2 cup flour
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1-1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar or American cheese

combine beef, onion, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and salt. In separate bowl combine corn, potatoes, flour and ground pepper. Place beef mixture in shallow casserole or baking dish in layers with corn and potato mixture. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese and bake beef casserole 30 minutes longer or until vegetables are done.
