TOMATO ONION PORK CHOPS

Total Time: 30 Minutes

1 Tbsp Mazola corn oil
4 center-cut pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick) *
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup water
1 pkg Knorr Tomato Basil Soup and Recipe Mix
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1. In large skillet, heat corn oil over medium-high heat; add chops and onion and brown, turning occasionally, about 5 minutes. Remove chops; set aside.
2. Add remaining ingredients; stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Return chops to skillet. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Spoon sauce over pork chops.

*Or, use 4 boneless. skinless chicken breast halves.
