FRIED SCALLOPS

RINSE AND DRAIN

Thaw scallops if frozen. Cut large scallops in half.

Beat one egg. Dip scallops in egg then in flour/salt/pepper
Fry in oleo or oil 1 to 3 minutes until opaque over medium heat.

Microwave:
arrange thawed scallops in single layer in microwave safe dish - cut in half if large. cover with a damp paper towel. power level high for 5 to 7 minutes.
