SOUTHERN CORN

1 package (10 ounces) frozen whole kernel corn
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons whiskey
1/3 cup chopped pecans

Cook and stir corn in margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in brown sugar and whiskey. Cook uncovered, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with pecans.
