4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
2 cups cooked Minute While Rice
Season chops with garlic
Heat until browned. Add onion, soup, pineapple with juice, water, soy and honey. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 10 min. or until done.
