ALL AMERICAN BAKED BEANS

2 slices bacon
3 tablespoons fried minced onions
1 tablespoon molasses
1-1/2 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
2 to 3 cups canned or cooked dry beans

fry bacon - remove from pan - cook onion for a few minutes in bacon fat. Add molasses, ketchup, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add beans and mix lightly. Pour into baking dish. Break bacon into bits and sprinkle over top. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Or heat in a saucepan on top of stove - crumbling bacon over top before serving.
