BROCCOLI SALAD

2 large bunches of broccoli (flowerets not stalks)
1 large Bermuda onion
1 pound of bacon - fried crisp and crumbled
2 cups mild shredded cheddar cheese (can use Mozzarella cheese, shredded)

SAUCE
1 cup mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar (can use white vinegar)


add bacon and cheese at the last minute

Mix dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad 15 minutes before serving.
