CHEESE AND DILL MUFFINS

2 cups buttermilk baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded process sharp American cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed

Heat oven to 450 degrees: Grease 12 medium muffin cups, 2-1/2 x 1-1/4 inches. Mix all ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop dough by spoonfuls into muffin cups. Bake until muffins are light brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
1 dozen muffins.
