1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
16 oz. Can (2 cups) stewed tomatoes
8 oz. Can (1 cup) tomato sauce
15 oz. Can (2 cups) kidney beans, undrained
in large skillet, brown ground beef, onion and celery, drain excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans. Simmer covered, 30 to 45 minutes until flavors are blended. Stir in beans, heat through.
