GINNY'S BEST MEATLOAF RECIPE

1 POUND HAMBURGER (I USE GROUND SIRLOIN)
1 EGG
1 PACKAGE SALTINES (CRUSHED) ½ TEASPOON SALT AND PEPPER
1 CLOVE OF GARLIC (MINCED) 1 RIB OF CELERY (CHOPPED)
1 ONION CHOPPED
½ CUP OF KETCHUP

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND SHAPE INTO A LOAF. BAKE AT 350 FOR 1 HOUR
DRAIN OUT FAT AND PUT BACK IN FOR 10 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET STAND FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE SLICING, THEN SERVE.
