MINI MEATLOAVES

12 servings
1-1/4 pounds ground turkey or chicken
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 ounces shredded 50 percent light Cheddar



1. Heat oven to 350 F.
2. Coat 12-cup regular-sized muffin pan with cooking spray.
3. Mix turkey, onion, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic, cheese. Fill muffin cups with scant 1/2 cup mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes .
