ONIONS IN FOIL

4 to 6 medium onions
2 to 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Cut stem ends from onions. Cut each onion into fourths, not cutting completely through. Place each onion on 9-inch square of heavy¬duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce over each onion. Wrap securely in foil. Cover and cook onions on medium coals, turning 3 or 4 times, until tender (onions will be soft when pierced with fork), 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Remove outer skin of onions to serve.

4 to 6 servings.
