PARMESAN BREAD

Parmesan Bread

1-1/2 cups buttermilk baking mix
1 egg
1/2 cup sliced green onions (with tops)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup dry white wine or apple juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease round baking pan, 8 x 1-1/2 inches. Mix all ingredients except cheese; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread in pan; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into wedges; serve immediately
