PINEAPPLE COOKIES

1 cup crisco
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup crushed pineapple

mix in order given and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees
