1 Reynolds Hot Bags Foil Bag, large size
6 cups broccoli florets
1 medium red bell pepper, cut in strips
2 cups sliced mushrooms 11/2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup water
1 PREHEAT grill to medium-high or oven to 450'F.
2 OPEN foil bag and arrange vegetables in foil bag in an even layer; sprinkle with seasonings. Drizzle water over vegetables.
3 TO SEAL, double fold open end of foil bag. Place foil bag in a i-inch deep pan.
4 TO COOK, slide foil bag onto grill or leave foil bag
in supporting pan and place in oven.
GRILL 8 to 10 minutes in covered grill OR BAKE 20 to 25 minutes in supporting pan in oven.
5 USE OVEN MITTS to cut open foil bag with a sharp knife. Carefully fold back top of foil bag, allowing steam to escape.
Makes 6 servings.

Versatile Size:
Reynolds Hot Bags Foil Bags large size (17" x 15") holds 5 to 6 servings. To cook 3 to 4 servings, fold the open end of the foil bag one extra fold. Then fold the narrow sealed ends of the bag in 1 inch each. This makes a foil bag about 15" x 12".
