3 peppers
1 pound ground meat
1 can tomato soup
1 egg
1/2 cup minute rice
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup onion chopped
salt and pepper
Cut peppers in half and clean out. Put in pan of shallow water and steam 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Brown ground meat and onion. Add 1/2 can tomato soup, rice and egg, cheese, salt and pepper. Spoon into peppers and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees (put a little water in bottom of pan) Remove from oven and spoon remainder of tomato soup on top. Then bake another 15 minutes.
