1 package (3 ounces) lime-flavored gelatin
1 medium cucumber, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
5 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
Salad greens
Prepare gelatin as directed on package except - decrease water to 1-1/2 cups and refrigerate until slightly thickened but not set.
Stir vegetables and salt into gelatin. Pour into 4-cup mold or 6 individual molds. Refrigerate until firm, at least 6 hours. Unmold on salad greens. Serve with sour cream salad dressing if desired.
