PEAS WITH PARMESAN

2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen green peas
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves

Cook peas as directed on package; drain. Toss with remaining ingredients. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
