Drain 1 can (20 oz.) Pineapple Chunks.
Thread pineapple chunks, 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes, 1 Red or Green Bell Pepper, cut into chunks, 1 red onion, cut into chunks and cherry tomatoes onto skewers. Brush with 1/3 cup Italian salad dressing or barbeque sauce.
Grill or broil kabobs 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, brushing with dressing. Discard remaining dressing.
Makes 4 servings.
