2 Tyson Roasted Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cubed (about 2 cups) 
1 package pizza dough, 8- to 10-inch 
1 tablespoon garlic oil 
8 ounces Swiss or Fontina cheese, shredded 
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chunky spiced tomatoes. drained 
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil 
Ground red pepper 
 
PREP: Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Spread pizza dough in prepared pizza pan. Brush top of dough with garlic oil. Sprinkle shredded cheese over dough surface. Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Distribute chicken and tomatoes evenly on surface of cheese and spread basil over the top. Sprinkle ground red pepper over pizza. 
COOK: Bake pizza at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 400 degrees F and bake for 5 to 10 minutes more or until the pizza is lightly browned on top. Remove from oven. Let stand for 1 minute before cutting and serving. 
SERVE: Serve with mixed greens and veggie salad, if desired. 
Chill: Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
