BAKED SCALLOPS

BE SURE TO RINSE AND DRAIN

1 lb scallops
10-15 Saltines, crushed
a few grains of pepper
3-4 tbsp oleo or butter

Thaw scallops - cut in half if large. Put saltines in plastic bag and crush. Add scallops and shake
melt butter - place in shallow baking pan. Add scallops in a single layer.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

DO NOT OVERCOOK
