CITRUS DRESSING

Makes about 1 cup (enough for 8 servings)
Prep Time: 5 minutes

This fat-free dressing makes an everyday salad fabulous. For a tantalizing, light salad supper, toss the dressing with cooked shrimp or crab, fresh spinach and orange sections or pear slices.

1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup GREY POUPON DIJON MUSTARD

In small bowl, whisk together honey, orange juice and mustard. Serve immediately or cover and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week, Use as a dressing for salad greens.
