(Apricot or Nut)
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 pkg dry yeast
4 cups flour
1-1/2 cup margarine
4 egg yolks
2 lbs apricot filling
bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown
1. Have all ingredients at room temperature
2. heat milk to lukewarm 105 degrees - 115 degrees
3. stir in sugar and yeast - let stand 10 minutes
4. measure flour into large bowl. add butter and blend until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
5. stir in yeast mixture and egg yolks
6. knead until dough is smooth
7. shape into ball - set aside
8. bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes
*roll dough out in sugar not flour
