GINGER COOKIES - GRANDMA GOLLOWAYS RECIPE

1 CUP LARD (shortening)
1 CUP SUGAR
1 CUP MOLASSES
1 CUP COFFEE (WARM)
2 TEASPOONS GINGER
2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA
FLOUR TO STIFFEN TO A FAIRLY STIFF DOUGH.

bake at 375 degrees until done. make a little larger than regular cookies.
