2 LARGE CANS (29 OZ) TOMATO SAUCE
2 SMALL CANS TOMATO PASTE
5 LARGE CLOVES GARLIC
BROWN CHUCK ROAST IN OLIVE OIL. ADD THE REST OF ITEMS. SIMMER ON LOW HEAT 4 TO 5 HOURS. CHECK ONCE IN AWHILE. MAY NEED TO ADD WATER - CAN ADD WINE IF YOU LIKE. MEAT SHOULD BE VERY TENDER.
