MINI MEAT LOAVES

2 eggs
3 tablespoons hot mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 pounds ground beef
3/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon hot mustard

In a bowl beat together the eggs, 3 tablespoons mustard, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt and pepper. Add onion, milk, rolled oats, and meat. Mix well. Form into 6 oblong loves and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in a 375 degree F. oven for 15 minutes. While the loaves are cooking combine the ketchup, brown sugar, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, nutmeg and lemon juice in a small sauce pan. Stir constantly while bringing to a boil. Remove from heat and baste loaves with half of the sauce. Return the loaves to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes. Baste again with the remaining sauce and then cook for an additional 10 minutes.

This meat loaf recipe serves 6.
