6 tbsp margarine
2 tsp grated orange rind
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups confectioners sugar
1/4 cup strained orange juice
1 tbsp strained lemon juice
cream the margarine. Add the orange rind and salt. Add the sugar alternating with the orange and lemon juice. Beat until light and fluffy. This will frost two 8 inch layers of cake.
