2 slices bacon, cut up
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and cut into halves
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Fry bacon in 10-inch skillet until partially cooked, about 1-1/2 minutes. Add artichokes; cook and stir until hot. about 3 minutes. Stir in lemon juice; cook 10 seconds longer.
