SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

mix 3 cups of cooked, mashed sweet potato with a cup of sugar, 2 eggs, beaten, a third of a cup of milk, half cup of melted margarine, one teaspoon of vanilla extract and another teaspoon of lemon extract (the fantastic secret ingredient!!!!)

Put into a 2 quart casserole dish and top with a crumbly mixture of a half cup of dark brown sugar, a quarter cup of flour, a half cup of pecans and two and a half tablespoons of melted margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
