TOMATO PIE

pie crust baked till brown

3 tomatoes sliced thick - 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp basil
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

fill pie crust with tomatoes
sprinkle salt, pepper and basil on top of tomatoes. Mix mayonnaise and cheese together and spread evenly over top bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes
