BEEF TACO BAKE

Prep Time: 10 min.
Cook Time: 30 min.

1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed Tomato Soup
1 cup Thick and Chunky Salsa
1/2 cup mllk
6 flour tortillas or 8 corn tortillas (about 6" to 8"), cut into 1" pieces
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1. In skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
2. Add soup, salsa, milk. tortillas and half the cheese. Spoon into 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Cover.
3. Bake at 400°F. 30 min. or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Serves 4.
