EASY CHICKEN AND PASTA

Prep Time: 5 min.
Cook Time: 25 min.

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut up
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Condensed cream of Mushroom Soup
2-1/4 cups water
1/2 tsp dried basil leaves, crushed
2 cups frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
2 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta
grated Parmesan cheese

1. In skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Cook chicken until browned, stirring often. Set chicken aside.
2. Add soup, water, basil and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Add uncooked pasta. Cook over medium heat 10 min., stirring often.
3. Return chicken to pan. Cook 5 min. or until pasta is done, stirring often. Serve with cheese.
