medium head green cabbage, shredded (about 5 cups)
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
Mix all ingredients except sour cream in skillet. Cover tightly; cook until cabbage is crisp-tender, 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through.
6 servings.
