1-1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 pkg Knorr Leek Soup Mix
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1-1/2 cups (6 oz) shredded cheddar, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
1 (9 inch) unbaked or frozen deep-dish pie crust*
1.  In large bowl with fork beat milk, eggs and soup.  Mix until blended.  Stir in broccoli and cheese, spoon into pie crust.
2.  Bake in 375 degree F oven 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.  Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
*To use Frozen Prepared Pie Crust:
Use 9 inch deep dish pie crust.  Do not thaw.  Preheat oven and a Cookie sheet.  Pour filling into pie crust.  Bake on cookie sheet.
