1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing Mix
4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
3 cups assorted sliced or chopped vegetables
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1. MIX sour cream and salad dressing mix. Refrigerate.
2. TOSS lettuce, vegetables and artichokes in large bowl. Top with desired amount of sour cream mixture; toss until evenly coated.
Store any remaining sour cream mixture in refrigerator.
Makes 6 servings.
Farmer's Market Salad Supreme: Prepare Farmer's Market Salad as directed, adding ATHENOS Crumbled Feta Cheese or KRAFT Blue Cheese Crumbles; KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan' Cheese; chopped fresh basil, cilantro or dill; coarsely chopped toasted
walnuts.
