HUNGARIAN SAUSAGE LOAF

bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours

2 pounds lean ground pork
2 cups herb seasoned bread stuffing
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp paprika

combine all but paprika in a large mixing bowl. Press into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Turn onto serving platter. Sprinkle with paprika.
