1 package (9 ounces) frozen French-style green beans 
French Dressing (below) 
2 heads Bibb or Boston lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces 
2 tomatoes, cut into sixths 
2 hard-cooked eggs, cut into fourths 
1 can (6-1/2 ounces) tuna, drained 
2 tablespoons sliced pitted ripe olives, drained 
6 anchovies 
Snipped parsley 
Cook beans as directed on package; drain. Refrigerate until chilled. Prepare French Dressing. place lettuce in salad bowl. Arrange beans, tomatoes and eggs around edge of salad. Mound tuna in center; sprinkle with olives. Garnish with anchovies and sprinkle with parsley; serve with dressing. 
4 servings. 
French Dressing 
1/2 cup olive or vegetable oil or combination 
2 tablespoons vinegar 
2 tablespoons lemon juice 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 
1/4 teaspoon paprika 
 
Shake all ingredients in tightly covered jar.
