SAUSAGE SKILLET DINNER

1 package Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage sliced 1/2" thick
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 (28 ounce) bag frozen O'Brien potatoes
1 (16 ounce) frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Heat cooking oil in pan along with frozen potatoes and vegetables, cover and cook 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the smoked sausage and cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in shredded cheese and serve.
