4 - 6 pork chops
salt and pepper
6 medium potatoes - thinly sliced
1 onion thinly sliced
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of milk
Season pork chops with salt and pepper and brown in hot frying pan. Place potatoes in pot with water and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Heat to boiling, cook 5 to 8 minutes and drain. Arrange potatoes and onions in buttered casserole. Mix soup and milk to pour over potatoes. Arrange pork chops top and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes until potatoes are tender and chops well done.
