6 to 8 boneless pork loin chops (1/3 inch thick)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
In an ovenproof skillet, brown the pork chops in oil; drain any fat. Pour salsa over chops. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until pork juices run clear.
Yield: 4-6 servings
