SWEET CHERRY MOLD

1 can (16-1/2 ounces) pitted dark sweet cherries, drained (reserve 3/4 cup syrup)
3/4 cup water
1 package (6 ounces) raspberry-flavored gelatin
1-1/4 cups strawberry-flavored beverage
1/2 cup slivered almonds Celery leaves
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

Heat reserved syrup and the water to boiling. Pour on gelatin in medium bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in beverage. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Stir in cherries and almonds; pour into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours. Garnish with celery leaves and serve with mayonnaise.
