SWEET CREAM BISCUITS

Heat oven to 450°,

2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup whipping cream
2tbsp.sugar

MIX ingredients until dough forms. Turn onto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix. Gently roll to coat; shape into ball. Knead 10 times.
ROLL 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2" cutter dipped in baking mix.
BAKE on greased cookie sheet until golden, 10-12 min. 1 doz. biscuits.

High Altitude Directions (3500 to 6500 ft.):
Heat oven to 475 degrees. Bake 8-10 min.
