GLAZED RAISIN-CINNAMON BISCUITS

Heat oven to 450 degrees.

2-1/3 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Vanilla Glaze (below)

MIX all ingredients except Vanilla Glaze until dough forms; beat 20 strokes. Turn onto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix. Gently roll to coat; shape into ball. Knead 10 times.
ROLL 1/2 " thick. Cut with 2-1/2" cutter dipped in baking mix.
BAKE on greased cookie sheet until golden brown, 8-10 min. Spread with Vanilla Glaze while warm.
10 biscuits.

Vanilla Glaze:
Beat 2/3 cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. warm water and 1/4 tsp. vanilla
until smooth.

High Altitude Directions (3500 to 6500 ft.):
Heat oven to 475°, Decrease sugar to 1 tbsp. Bake 9-11 min.
