BAKED STUFFED HAMBURGERS

1/2 cup hot water
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, cut in pieces
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup Stove Top Chicken Flavor Flexible Serving Stuffing Mix
1 pound lean ground beef

Place water and butter in bowl, stir to partially melt butter.
Stir in 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce.
Add stuffing mix; stir gently until water is absorbed. Divide meat into 8 parts.
Pat into thin patties. place stuffing on 4 patties; cover with remaining patties. Carefully wrap meat around stuffing and seal.
Place m 9 inch square pan. Cover With remaining barbecue sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until meat is done.

Makes 4 servings.
