1/2 cup hot water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, cut in pieces
1-1/2 cups salsa sauce
2 cups STOVE TOP Chicken Flavor Flexible Serving Stuffing Mix
1 can (7 oz.) whole Kernel corn, drained
3 cups cut-up cooked chicken breasts or turkey
2 tablespoons sour cream
4 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese, with jalapeno peppers or plain
Stir water and butter in 9 inch square pan to partially melt butter. Stir in 1/2 cup of the salsa sauce. Gently stir in stuffing mix until water is absorbed. Layer corn and chicken over stuffing. Mix remaining salsa with sour cream. Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes until hot.
