DELUXE BEAN CASSEROLE

2 packages (9 ounces each) frozen French-style green beans
1 can (16 ounces) bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup canned French-fried onions

Heat oven to 350 degrees: Rinse beans with small amount of running cold water to separate and remove ice crystals; drain. Mix all ingredients except onions in ungreased 2-quart casserole. Bake uncovered 25 minutes. Top with onions; bake 5 minutes longer.

7 servings.

Microwave Directions: Prepare beans as directed above. Mix all ingredients except onions in 2-quart microwavable casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 7 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave until beans are tender. 4 to 7 minutes longer; stir. Top with onions. Microwave uncovered until onions are hot. 1 to 2 minutes.
